Slurry sealing is a thin asphalt surface treatment process that involves mixing properly graded crushed stone and sand aggregates with emulsified asphalt as a binder, along with appropriate proportions of fillers (such as cement, lime, fly ash, or mineral powder), additives, and water. The uniformly mixed slurry is then evenly spread over the road surface to the required thickness and width, forming a protective surface treatment layer that enhances pavement performance and extends its service life.
